Okay, so I was driving to get food when I discovered something neat about myself. There was nothing worth listening to on the radio so I just randomly decide to start belting out Shakespeare in the car. What I found out is that I can recite an alarming large amount of lines from Romeo and Juliet from memory. What's crazier still is that I've never really labored to memorize anything from that play except a little bit of Romeo's soliloquy in act two when I was in high school. All of it just comes from me having read the play so many times and really focusing on scenes I like. Anyway, just thought this random anecdote was kind of interesting.

I had wanted to write a bit more on the subject of art, but alas I find myself inundated by a litany of issues all stemming from the fact that I am no authority on the subject. Beyond literature, I have never had the pleasure of any in depth study on the other forms of art. Not wanting to spout anathema about the matter, and certainly not having the time to educate myself adequately, I decided that discretion was the better part of valor. So instead, I am going to share a big part of what inspires and motivates me in the hopes that it may do the same for you.
